1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pitch Deck Hub website (pitchdeckhub.in) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users.
2. Our Services
Pitch Deck Hub provides professional pitch deck design, financial modelling, business plan writing, fundraising document preparation, and related consulting services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project brief or proposal shared before work begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Project Engagements & Deliverables
- Projects commence after receipt of the agreed deposit payment
- Deliverables and timelines are as agreed in the project brief or proposal
- The number of revision rounds included is specified per project; additional revisions may be billed separately
- Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment
- Scope changes requested after work has begun may result in revised pricing and timelines
4. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the project fee) is required to begin work
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final file delivery
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise
- GST or applicable taxes are charged as required by law
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our work:
- The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
- If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, fees will be charged pro-rata for the work completed
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, a full refund will be issued
- Disputes regarding quality must be raised in writing within 7 days of final delivery
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment:
- You receive full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for your project
- We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
- We retain ownership of any proprietary frameworks, templates, or processes used in creating your deliverables
You represent that any materials, data, or information you provide to us do not infringe upon any third parties' intellectual property rights.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project materials as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, financials, or strategic plans with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA upon request.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval within agreed timeframes
- Ensure that any content or data provided does not infringe third-party rights
- Make payments on schedule as agreed
Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery timelines and are not grounds for a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitch Deck Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or any investment outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee investment outcomes — pitch decks are creative communication tools, not guarantees of funding.
10. Warranties & Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the outcomes of using our deliverables, including securing investment, investors' reactions, or business results. We ensure professional quality and effort in all our work.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
