1. Overview

Pitch Deck Hub processes payments for professional pitch deck design, financial modelling, and fundraising consulting. Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our services, refunds are limited to the scenarios below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full or partial refunds may apply for: pre-commencement cancellation (before design, research, or drafting has started), service non-delivery due to our internal constraints, and duplicate or erroneous payment gateway charges.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refund is issued once work has commenced, final files have been delivered, revision rounds are exhausted, the project is abandoned by the client, or dissatisfaction relates to investment outcomes rather than deliverable quality.

Email help@pitchdeckhub.in with your order details. We typically respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed per payment gateway timelines.
