Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2026. Pitch Deck Hub provides customised, digital, and resource-intensive services. Clients may request cancellation strictly under the conditions below.

1. Overview

All payments are collected in full at the time of purchase. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to help@pitchdeckhub.in.

2. Before Work Starts

If work has not begun, you may cancel and request a refund subject to payment gateway and processing fees where applicable.

3. After Work Starts

Cancellations after kickoff may be partial based on hours and deliverables already completed. Once final files are delivered, cancellation does not entitle a refund.
