Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Pitch Deck Hub ("we", "us", or "our") provides professional pitch deck design, financial modelling, and fundraising consulting services. Because our services are highly customised, digital, and resource-intensive, we have established this Cancellation Policy to ensure complete transparency for all our clients.

All payments are collected in full at the time of purchase on our website. Clients may request cancellation of their project engagement strictly under the conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation Guidelines

  • Before Work Begins: If you submit a cancellation request in writing before we have initiated any design, research, or drafting activities for your project, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus a standard 5% processing fee to cover payment gateway charges levied by PhonePe / the acquiring bank.
  • After Project Kickoff: Once work has commenced — including receipt of your project brief, initiation of design drafts, financial research, or allocation of consultant resources — the payment becomes non-refundable. Dedicated team capacity is reserved exclusively for your project from the moment kickoff is confirmed.
  • Mid-Project Cancellations: If you choose to cancel after work has progressed beyond the initial phase, no standard refund can be issued. Any potential partial credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, based on the percentage of deliverables completed at the time of cancellation.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing only to our support email. Verbal or informal requests via WhatsApp, phone calls, or social media will not be accepted as a valid cancellation.

Please include your full name, order/invoice number, and the reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

4. Client Delays & Project Abandonment

Timely communication from the client is essential for smooth project execution:

  • If a project is delayed by more than 14 consecutive days due to a lack of response, feedback, or required data from the client, the project will be placed on hold.
  • Projects that remain on hold or inactive due to client delay for more than 45 days will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be provided for abandoned projects, and any work completed will be archived.
  • Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute with the payment gateway.

5. Refund on Cancellation

Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy. Approved amounts will be credited back to the original payment instrument (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) within 5–7 working days from the date of approval, subject to bank and PhonePe payment gateway processing timelines.

6. Non-Cancellable Scenarios

  • Once final project files have been delivered to the client.
  • Once all included revision rounds have been exhausted.
  • After 45 days of client-initiated inactivity (project abandonment).
  • Cancellations citing lack of investor interest or unsuccessful fundraising outcomes — these do not constitute service failure.
